Payton Godsey, a junior at Oaks Christian School in California, won the Division 4 girls titles in the 1,600 and 3,200 meters at the CIF Southern Section finals at Moorpark High. Godsey clocked 4:55.56 in the 1,600 and 10:29.28 in the 3,200 to help the Lions secure the Division 4 team crown with 133 points.
