Oaks Christian senior Cassidy Palka won her fourth consecutive Division 4 girls high jump title by clearing 5-5 (1.65m) and placed third in the triple jump with a leap of 35-1.50 (10.70m) at the CIF Southern Section Division 4 finals at Cerritos College. Palka became the first female to win four high jump titles since former Costa Mesa standout Sharon Day-Monroe achieved the feat in Division 3 from 2000-03, helping the Lions secure their fourth consecutive team championship.
