Jailah Collins, a senior at Carson High, won the girls 100-meter hurdles in 15.18 seconds into a strong headwind, in addition to contributing to the Colts' victory in the 4x100-meter relay in 46.86 at the CIF L.A. City Section Finals at Scott King Track at Birmingham High's Rick Prizant Stadium. Collins also helped Carson finish second in the 4x400-meter relay in 4:07.87, in addition to taking third in the 300-meter hurdles in 48.73.
